This privacy policy explains how Artvertise ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us.
What we collect
When you submit the free audit form or any other contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and any store or social URLs you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. If you start a form but do not finish it, we may store the fields you have already entered so we can understand where people get stuck and improve the form.
We also run first-party analytics so we can see how the site is used (pages viewed, where visitors come from, rough location, device and browser type). As part of this we record your IP address and set a first-party cookie that lets us recognise return visits. We do not sell your data to third parties, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of first-party cookies and similar analytics so we can measure traffic and improve the site:
lyco_cid- a first-party analytics cookie that gives each browser a random identifier so we can recognise return visits and count unique visitors. It does not contain your name or any directly identifying information, and lasts up to two years.lyco_consent- remembers your cookie choice (whether you opted out of non-essential tracking) so we do not ask again.
Our analytics also records your IP address and approximate location (derived from your IP) alongside each page view. You can opt out of this enhanced tracking at any time using the cookie notice shown on your first visit, or by emailing us. When you opt out, we stop storing your IP address and remove the lyco_cid identifier; we keep only anonymous, aggregate usage counts.
We also load the Meta Pixel on this website. The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and may set its own cookies to measure ad performance and build audiences for advertising. You can control this through the cookie notice and through your Meta ad settings.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process data as part of delivering this website:
- Vercel - website hosting. May log request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and performance purposes.
- Supabase - database hosting for our first-party analytics. Page-view and form data described above is stored in a database we control, hosted by Supabase.
- Meta - the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, as described above.
- Resend - email delivery for audit form responses. Your submitted contact details are processed through Resend to deliver our reply to you.

Data retention
Audit and contact enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to manage the client relationship. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@artvertise.co.
For analytics data we keep personal details for a limited time and then automatically reduce it to anonymous statistics:
- IP addresses are automatically deleted after 7 days.
- Partial form-fill contents (anything you typed into a form but did not submit) are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- After those windows we retain only anonymous, aggregate usage data (page counts, sources, device types and similar), which is no longer linked to you.
Your rights
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR and GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@artvertise.co.
